I had an exceptional experience ordering a casket for my mom. During the process, I had the pleasure of speaking directly with the owner of the company. From the very beginning of the call, the care, kindness, and compassion they showed were truly heartfelt. Even though we only spoke for about 10 minutes, they treated me with such understanding and respect during a very difficult time. I cannot put into words how great Skycaskets are. I had problems with another casket company that I prepaid and was told it will be in California waiting for me to call when I needed it. They did not honor their commitment. I needed a purple casket by the next day. Skycaskets stepped up and said they have the color and would be their the next morning. If I had to give them a star rating from 1 to 5 they would get a 10 star. Great people that care about making the process easy and helping the customer in their time of need!
