Sky Caskets took care of my needs with compassion, empathy and patience. I called from Georgia to arrange for a casket for my father in Maryland less than 24 hours after his death. Matthew one of the owners and his employee, Colby, handled my order. It was not an easy task with emotions flowing, but they were great. Once I selected the casket and provided them with a delivery address, the casket was delivered within hours. The price was way better than going through the funeral home, even so, the customer service was spot on in the way they communicated with me and met my needs in a most horrific time.
