SkullVibeReviews of skullvibe.com

After a bit of internet research, i chose Skullvibe and ordered my guncase. Shipping was a bit slow, but not enough to worry about. Upon receipt, i was very happy with quality and style. I believe i got more than hoped for.

English: l can just say that the products are sturdy and suitable for my needs when it comes to organise my wee ones stuff in the car. It's also nice to be able to modify everything the way you want it. The bad thing is that it's made in China and that's the only reason to 4 instead of 5 stars. Ordered in en of January and about a month later I received the package.

great quality and decent price. overseas shipping is great.

I now own 3 of these 1/4 arcade cabinets. They are a must for any collector. I have Pac Man, Galaga, and Galaxian. Love them all. I will be getting more

the visor is a little big for my Dodge Dakota. I keep changing it to see if I can get a better fit. Also the flashlight doesn't seem to fit. it won't let the visor go all the way up. I like the idea of being able tofit a lot of stuff in there which I haven't done yet.

So after I posted my original review below, the company backed up their product and sent me a set of larger panels. They have been installed in my truck and look great. I still have a problem with the products being made in China, but that is the world we live in today. I Also think the company needs to work on their customer service side and re-work their return policy to be more customer care focused. See original review below. Original review: Totally scammy.... this company boasts how they donate to WWP, they claim to be out of Wyoming, but they are a chinese company. I bought visor add ons for my 2019 Ford F150, their website claims that they are made bigger to accommodate the larger visors found in newer trucks and SUVs. They don’t even come close. The velcro straps were 13” too short to fit my truck. I contact them for return and they offered me half back. I told them I want to return them and get my whole refund and they said that I have to ship them back to china for a full refund. I got a quote for shipping to china and it’s going to cost me $35 to ship them. I emailed them back and requested a prepaid label and they state that return shipping is on the customer. Good thing I paid via paypal. I filed a claim via paypal and they refunded me right away, no return needed.

Nice product, great costumer service, and fast delivery!

Updated Review: I am updating my original review with new information, but I am leaving my original review below for context. After SkullVibe read my review on TrustPilot, they reached out to me to make things right. SkullVibe sent me the items that I had ordered at no charge, and they gave me a discount coupon for a future order. They went out of their way to apologize and make amends. The items arrived and they are very high quality. My only complaint is that SkullVibe only made things right after I made a public review on TrustPilot. I wish they had worked with me to resolve my complaints when I initially asked for help. It took many months to resolve the issue. Original Review: Items never arrived and SkullVibe refused to refund 100% of the purchase price. I ordered a Tactical First Aid Pouch and 2 Pack Tactical Water-Resistant Molle Pouches on March 23, 2020. Today is June 11, 2020, but the items haven't arrived. SkullVibe keeps promising the items will eventually arrive, but the tracking number shows the items haven't left the warehouse. I asked for a full refund, but SkullVibe offered a 75% refund with the promise that I could keep the items when they arrive. It has been a month, and the items haven't arrived. I asked for a refund of the balance of $15.60, but SkullVibe refused.
