I received the Luna Cat bag and wallet for Mother’s Day.3 moths later , the pattern has work off the bottom of the seams that they advertise as premium faux leather. The zipper on the wallet catches and is hard to open or close. The pattern is awesome. I love the pattern . The quality sucks though for the price.

I discovered Skullette online and was very happy with the ordering, shipping and received the item on time! Great colors and designs and my skull obsessed kids loved the wallets I ordered.

Unprofessional, merchandise with faulty zippers…a “don’t give a shit” attitude from them, only customer care is to send ads to sell, no follow up, fake information regarding “have to lower prices due to no more room in warehouse”…. We would have carried the merchandise in our steampunk, goth shop, but we didn’t feel comfortable dealing with a misleading company. We are in multiple states so we will be only dealing with reputable companies!

I love the customer service and personalized emails, and definitely love my bag! The art is beautiful!
