Skis.com does not hold its liability to customers
Had a gift card from skis.com that was not honored by The-House.com. I found it as bad business, since they continue to use skis.com brand, and sell goods from a domain carrying this name. When the business is sold - it's sold with its liabilities, not just the assets (like the customer service rep was trying to explain me). P.S. just got a reply 3 years later on my review (obviously nothing material offered except buying from them more merchandise to test if they got better). If it took them 3 years to respond to a one-star review - I assume they are not only greedy, but also not very smart
