Informative and helpful guidance/changing plan
Andi was able to identify my needs as I transition from tablets to injectables. She listened to my concerns about the transition and was very knowledgeable about benefits/risks of doing so. Andi was able to not only establish my six month plan, but also provided guidance as to how I could continue to use Affirm as my payment plan. Thank you for all of your help, Andi!

Overall they were great to deal with…
Overall they were great to deal with and did not give me the ring around when I decided I no longer needed to peruse their service. Jerie was great. I would use them again if the need arose.

Great customer service
Great customer service and prescriptions so far. Happy with the company. Jimmabelle was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The medications and subscription…
The medications and subscription arrived promptly on time. Rodel in support was also able to quickly answer any questions I had regarding the subscription process, and concluding the subscription at the date I wanted.

Rodel is incredibly clear with his explanations and confirmations. He and every other employee with whom I've spoken-- and whose names escape me-- are excellent.
