Quickly resolved miscommunication
There was a little miscommunication regarding scheduling a call with the clinical team. Ivy was able to quickly get it resolved and got everything back on track for me. I felt heard and cared about.

This is the second place I have gotten…
This is the second place I have gotten medication from and one of the best. Second place was unhelpful and unresponsive. SkinnyRx is not like that. I needed help with my prescription and customer service was amazing, Ivy was wonderful to work with.

Had to cancel my subscription for personal reasons and Aira was so helpful. She did it very quickly, no hassle, no issues.

Monica B was the best representative I could have received. She was patient, understanding, informative and most of all supportive. She reached out and understood I wasn’t ready the same day but gave me enough information to take with me and sit on. She scheduled a second follow up and was never pushy. I appreciate her willingness to help and enjoyed our various connections throughout our conversation. I will be asking for her when I’m ready for a second order. Great rep!
