When calling customer service for some minor order issues, I was lucky enough to get a customer service representative who made me felt heard and truly cared about. Kailee went above and beyond to assure I was taken care of and followed thru with everything she promised. It's was truly a pleasure working with her for resolution. Thanks for everything!!

I had the good fortune of speaking with Aimee today and she was wonderful in helping me with questions I had about this process and knew every answer! I loved that she was very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and down right very kind. It's embarrassing (for me) to send a picture of myself showing my body, however, with her kind words I didn't feel so bad after sending her my picture. She was also very assuring and I can't wait to start my journey losing weight and getting my self-confidence back. Thanks!!! Lisa

I never leave reviews but on this product I had to! IT WORKS! My Dr took me off of Trulicity & I gained 20 lbs in 2 weeks!! I never thought it would work but I no longer wake up starving! I can eat what I want when I want and it has only been 2 weeks and I’m down 5 lbs. I will never go without my SkinnyRX! Customer service is amazing too!

Upon receiving my order today, I only had one additional question. I had the good fortune of ‘Kailee’ answering my call. After she verified who I was, (and stressing the priority and importance of following rigid HIPAA guidelines,) she allowed me to ask my single question. She immediately knew the answer and promptly conveyed it to me. After I thanked her, she encourage me to call “any time,” as that was why they were there. Kailee is an asset to this Company. She was welcoming and inviting, on a personal level. Her Customer Service went well beyond any standard quo. 5 stars ALL THE WAY!!

JoAnna was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions as well as accommodate a new delivery schedule, which is/was much appreciated. Thank you for your great customer service.

I'm gonna give 3 stars for rn only because I haven't received my order of semaglutides yet. But Cherry from customer service was great!! She deserves 5 stars for her part cuz she was so nice,helpful & knowledgeable!! I got a great price for my 1st month but they want $320 for the end month & idk if I'm going to be able to afford that but if it starts working in the 1st month I'll do whatever I gotta do to get it 😆 After I receive my script I'll come update my review I just didn't like that they link u straight to trust pilot after ur intake call w customer service & tell u to give them 5 stars but that's only the beginning of this journey so it's not fair just to review that part cuz if I was reading this I'd wanna know how long the script took to get there & is it legit so I promise I'll be back w those answers as soon as I get it! I did get a tracking # from Fed Ex not too long ago so that was about 24 hrs after I made my payment 🤞I'll be back♥️ EDIT!! I’m back 6/12/24 Just received my vial of semaglutides on ice w nausea pills, needles, alcohol wipes so in less then 3 days I did my intake (do on phone it’s faster) paid $99 for 1st month supply & received them at 2 pm 2 days later!! Can’t get faster than that!! I’ll edit again & lyk if it’s working🤞was gonna ad pics but there’s nowhere to upload them!!
