The process was very smooth and simple
The process was very smooth and simple. I did my intake form on Sunday and will be receiving the medication tomorrow (Friday) I reached out to customer service via email to get more info on shipping info and Shendy helped me out. Shendy responded fast and gave me all the information I needed. Looking forward to starting! Had some questions today and called Skinny rx. I talked to Aisha. She was extremely helpful and listened to my concerns. She provided me with a solution to every concern. Probably the best costumer service I have experienced!

Fast, Convenient, and Personal
I can't recommend this company enough! It was so easy to get started. I did everything virtually, didn't have to take time out of my day and wait for an appointment. Super smooth and quick. I got started a few days after submitting my inquiry. Fast forward almost three weeks into it, I wasn't handling the side effects well- nausea, minor stomach aches- so I decided to call and cancel my subscription. I ended up getting customer service rep Sierra on the line and she completely turned my day around! She fully understood my concerns, being a user of Semaglutide herself(!), she shared her own personal experience and testimonial and encouraged me to keep going. I really needed someone to push me through this rough patch and without her, I would have given up on my goals. On top of her kindness and much needed gentle nudges to push forth, she also went out of her way to get me an amazing deal on my monthly charge! I normally don't write reviews, but I had to after the amazing experience I had with her today. Thank you SkinnyRX & Sierra, you rock!!

Met with Mike and he was able to breaking everything down for me to understand the program, next steps, etc. Super helpful, easy going, not pushy at all and all about making my weight loss goals a reality. Super appreciate it. Thank you Mike!
