Well it seems this company gives some patients the run around. Uploaded all my information TWICE and they are still saying give us another 48 hours it’s always this team another team that team we will reach out. While I paid my money promptly they choose to not to give me a refund promptly or give me my prescriptions promptly. Very disappointed with this company.

My experience has been wonderful. As someone who has been struggling yo-yo dieting, phases of "living clean" and grazing and binging, having gestational diabetes, being pre-diabetic, having a family history of obesity and heart disease; my first month of semaglutide from SkinnyRX has been amazing. Food noise was quieted by the second week, not completely gone yet as I am just in the first month of this journey, but I'm very hopeful! Once I hit my 30s I noticed how difficult it was to keep the weight off, and now that I suspect I'm in the early stages of perimenopause with a toddler it has been even more difficult. I feel like the plan set forth for me with SkinnyRX is something I will finally be able to make a lifestyle. Slowly I'm incorporating being more active, making better food choices, it's easier to avoid junk cravings, I feel less bloated, and my clothes are starting to fit more comfortably. I cannot wait to leave another update review after I get to the maintenance dose. The absolute best part of this whole experience so far has to be the customer service. I called because I was afraid I would have to stop my journey just as it had began due to personal reasons. But Sierra went above and beyond to reassure me that SkinnyRX had my back and best interest. She made me feel like family and was able to set my mind and heart at ease, and most importantly not give up on my health and my well being! I don't have enough words of praise for the blessing that Sierra and SkinnyRX has been for me. I recommend 1000%!!

Customer service was quick to respond to me and help me with cost of the medication. I was going to have to cancel because I simply could not afford it, but they were gracious to work with me. I’m excited for my future health to see some results. Thank you.

This morning I spoke with Anna and she has really made a difference in my day. What I thought would end up not being a good day ended up making my day! She listened to me and didn't just sit there like she was reading off a paper. I hope I don't have to call again but if I do, I hope to get Anna!
