Daniel was very helpful and worked with a payment plan that allowed me to do this. The medication arrived overnight but I am worried about using it because it was not cold and everything was melted. I don't know if it is safe to use. They definitely need a better system to get it where it is still cold.

Regarding your melted medication: if the ice packs have melted but the medication isn't warm to the touch, it should be safe to use. Mark was exceptional
I received a call from Mark who was so helpful. He even helped me find a payment option that worked best for me. Now I am enthusiastically awaiting my shipment to get started back on my weight loss journey!

Daniel Cortez was my customer service rep and I must say he was great quick to the point and explained the areas I was concerned about. I have had over 9 different places callnfor same services and Daniel and skinnyrx was the right fit Thank you all so much and thanks for the great care Daniel

I was excited to try and sign up for…
I was excited to try and sign up for the service unfortunately due to financial hardship, I was going to have to cancel. I spoke with one of their customer service agents Cole, who was nothing short of amazing. He worked with me and discussed several payment options to try and make it more feasible for me thank you so much Cole for all of your help. I cannot thank you enough, God bless you !!!

Great customer service!
Hazel helped me cancel my account. I am happy with the product but I can't afford it at this time. Hazel not only helped me cancel, she also git me a refund! She was very helpful, kind and understanding.

Very Happy and excited to start this new journey
Dain was a pleasure to talk to. They guide me through the process and answered all my questions. I’m still waiting for the medication, hopefully it will work on me the way I’m expecting.

My prescription finally arrived 14 days…
My prescription finally arrived 14 days after my payment had been processed, and it was hot. Fed Ex had just dropped off. Nothing on the outside of the package stating must be kept cold. Everything inside pouch was completely melted. I hope my next shipment arrives much sooner and still cold. Otherwise I will be requesting my money back.
