I am updating my review that I initially put at 2 stars because of an issue with not receiving my medication for over 3 weeks. After a few days of only talking to reps, with no update on when I would get my meds, I finally asked to speak to a superviser. I spoke with a nice lady named Alla (sorry if I butchered that spelling!) She was more than helpful and apologetic. They rush shipped my meds and got them to me within 24 hours! If you have any issues with the first line of customer service, ask to speak to a supervisor. It was a very pleasant experience. Aside from that, the medication has worked wonders for me. I’m getting married in a few weeks and I’ve lost 25 pounds in the month and a half I’ve been on semaglutide! I’ve only got 5 more pounds to go before I am at my goal- and I appear to be right on track in doing just that. Thank you again, Alla. I appreciate you!
