Rose was very helpful in helping me on skinny rx. I didn’t do my shots right away I was scared of needles but eventually got over it. I had a back stock and needed to stop for a bit to use up my prescription.

I noticed you didn't give us 5 stars, and I think having to pause due to backstock might have impacted that. We understand that wasn't ideal. Eric was a great help getting account…he was very professional and patient.
Eric was a great help getting account updated and started. He was very patient and professional when answering questions. Eric was also quick at getting text messages sent in getting the account finished. Thank you.

Aimee B was extremely helpful in answering my questions and educating me on the process. My skinny RX journey
I started talking Skinny Rx's compounded semi-glutide shot in mid-August and I have lost 25 lb since then! It's going great slow and steady, I called at the end of December because I started getting injection site reactions but I talked to the clinician and was able to clear up the issue. When I called I canceled my account because I was worried I got a bad batch or something but it turns out it's extremely common and the customer service team was extremely helpful; today I called to restart my semi-glutide journey and Maria was very pleasant made my experience super easy and she was very informative on when I should expect my medication to arrive in the mail. Hoping to lose 40 more pounds!

Aimee B is amazing she’s friendly helpful and always makes sure I have everything I need I appreciate her so much I am losing weight and if I have any questions I text her and she. Always answers me right back ty Aimee b for being an exceptional customer service worker.
