Not trustworthy. Charged me a different price ($399) than listed on the website ($349). When I emailed to question, I was directed to call a customer service number. They held firm that the pricing was indeed $399 despite what is published on their own website. Eventually canceled and at that point they offered me a discount - felt like dealing with a cable company…never had to haggle with an RX before. Not to mention the product did not work.
