Patricia was very helpful
Patricia was very helpful, quick responses when I had questions and directed concerns I had to the appropriate route. So far, I’ve had some side effects of the medication but staff have been great to work with to address those.

Kind and responsive

Denied 😔
I signed up for one of the weight loss programs and was excited to start. The process to sign up was quick and easy. However, I got an email this morning that my order was canceled and a refund had been issued. The reason? I'm too old! Their email explained that because if my age, I no longer qualify for safety reasons. I appreciate that this company actually follows a rigid protocol, but I am still disappointed.
