Shiela is kind and helpful
Shiela was very kind and helpful in the customer service call we had. She called to ask questions about some symptoms I was experiencing and was also able to assist me in my account adjustment. She wasn't pushy with me and was genuinely helpful.

Customer service is great
Customer service is great. I wish they would change their dashboard though. I purchased 1 year up front, but it says I will be billed in a few days. When I called, I was told that my shipment will be sent on that day and not a charge. Seems there should be different terminology. The rep on the phone was wonderful at helping me get things sorted.

"Will be billed" when you already paid upfront? Yeah, that doesn't make sense. We'll get that fixed so it's clearer for everyone. Thanks for the feedback and for choosing us!

Aimee B contacted me about my card…
Aimee B contacted me about my card being declined due to fraud. She was able to rerun the card and get me all set and also pushed my ship date back due to being on vacation. She was very professional and kind.

Tracking and dosage
Spoke with Shiela about tracking my order and the dosage prescribed. She was more than helpful! She helped expedite my order and I received it shortly afterwards. She even reached out by email and phone to follow up with the tracking number. In addition, she explained the dosage in detail, which was really helpful. Excited to start my weight loss journey!
