Some minor issues with the initial intake.
Some issues with the initial website intake (providing user ID and then trying to back to another method) that caused some minor problems but other than that, the process was smooth. The customer service rep Christian was very helpful in getting those issues resolved.

Filling out the online questionnaire was so easy. Recieved a phone call from Kristfaith a representative. She was so kind and very informative on how the program work. Was able to answer all my questions. Thank you.
