Cherri was AMAZING!!!! She was everything you want your customer service agent to be, but hardly ever get! She was friendly, polite, kind, professional but without being stiff or robotic, she made sure I was aware of all my options, was very patient and understanding when it took me 10mins to find my credit card information, made sure to verify and read back to me all my important information so there would be no extra hassle or delay in getting my medication, she has a way of making you feel cared for, she spoke clearly and was very easy to understand, great communication skills, efficient and respectful. Cherri explained the next steps regarding what emails I would be getting, how to login to the patient portal and how to easily communicate with my provider. She also made sure I knew that I should call her back if I had any issues. She didn’t make me feel judge or embarrassed, I felt like I was talking to a friend almost. I own my own business and have very little time for filling out surveys that are required or necessary. I WANTED to take the time to fill this survey out b/c Cherri is the type of person who I would hire and not just for my customer service team. I was tempted to offer her a job, but don’t worry I didn’t. If Cherri is as phenomenal in person as she is over the phone then she is someone who should quickly climb the ladder with whatever company who is lucky enough to hire her. All too often CS agents are looked over for promotions to higher positions in the company due to their lack of a college degree and/or are undervalued, even though they are the first person a potential customer deals with. They are the ones who will gain or lose a company customers Cherri, made sure to ask me if I was over the age of 18, which is crucial when you are selling pharmaceuticals. No one wants to harm a child or get sued for selling a child drugs.. Cherri should teach a Master Class in customer service. If this products works for me, I won’t hesitate to recommend this product to people and, of course, I will tell them to ask for Cherri when they call! I know this probably sounds like I know Cherri personally but I swear on my life I do not. She is just the type of employee that deserves credit and acknowledgment for superior service! Thank you Cherri for the phenomenal service you gave me. My morning started of poorly, but your kindness and positivity turned it around! I hope you continue to shine and climb that corporate ladder!

I resent having to call to cancel, when I was able to sign up entirely online. Their phone hours are (intentionally) restrictive. The medication didn't work for me but the service was great, delivery was timely and the monthly rate is competitive. When I called to cancel Shiela was helpful and efficient.

This company has helped me achieve my weight loss goals and whenever experiencing Finacial issues they’ve worked with me to continue with my journey. Patricia recently helped and although it was something small it helped in a big way. 10 out of 10 I recommend!
