Maria Munoz---SkinnyRX rock star customer service!
I had a great experience with Ms. Maria Munoz. She actually made the conversion from a previous provider to SkinnyRX as easy as it could have been. She walked me thru my options, and actually used my experience (good and bad) with the other provider to get me into a program that should work and that I could afford out of pocket. I will seek her out for any/every call for assistance I may need in the future. Her personality is outstanding!

Great Customer Service
I had an issue I needed resolved from customer service and Joice was able to escalate and resolve it immediately. She was clear, concise and calm, and really listened to my issue. Thank you very much!

Ive had nothing but good experiences…
Ive had nothing but good experiences with Skinny RX. Everytime I have had an issue ive been able to reach a live person, which is rare these days. They were willing to work with me when I needed to medically stop the medication for a month and when money was tight during Christmas. All staff memebers especially Ivy have been wonderful to do business with. I highly reccommend Skinny RX!

No Refunds! Beware read my review
The prescription process was easy and I was able to enter information and someone reviewed and approved. There were options for months supply and obviously they incentivize longer month subscriptions with lower monthly costs. This is fine but BEWARE they send you the say three month supply in one shipment so you are NOT able to request a refund!! So I did not have a chance to see how my body was reacting to the dosage, I was locked in without even getting a chance to talk to someone on my progress. I am experiencing symptoms and I do not wish to continue but I have no chance to get a refund because they shipped everything at once.

When your intake form is approved, we ship your medication in 3-month supplies to prevent any gaps in treatment and to keep costs lower for you. This is all explained during checkout, so there shouldn't be any surprises. You can cancel your subscription anytime, but we can't refund delivered prescription medication—that's standard everywhere for safety reasons. If you're having symptoms or concerns, please reach out to us. Our clinical team can usually schedule a same-day phone appointment to discuss your progress and adjust your treatment if needed. You're not stuck without support—we just need to hear from you. Since no name was left on your review, we can't pull up your account details. If you're experiencing severe side effects, please see your doctor. Otherwise, contact our support team directly and we'll help however we can.

I had some issues with my product and…
I had some issues with my product and have spoke with multiple people. I then spoke with Kurt who was professional, very helpful, and was able to get my problem solved😊🎉Nice to work with a company with great customer service
