I love the skin laundry!! 15 minute laser facial and i’m done. No down time and my skin looks fresh and glowy!

Just had my facial at Skin Laundry, Chelsea. Really pleased with result and team very lovely, accommodating. The ambience really great! I have to say, I been looked after very well and look forward for my next appointment.

These guys are fabulous. I was a little apprehensive about having Botox but after a very thorough consultation with a very professional and friendly doctor I can happily say it was a very easy and painless process. The staff were also so friendly and informative and the clinic very clean. Definitely recommend these guys

Back in October last year I was treated despicably by an employee called Nicki at Skin Laundry in Hampstead (reported immediately to management as 'racism' and 'discrimination'). Even after countless emails, (some of which went through Odeta who is the Clinic Manager in Soho) the ball was never picked up let alone dropped. My experience was never investigated and no one in the business decided to take it seriously. This obviously speaks volumes about why I received that kind of treatment in the first place. In addition to that, after a handful of laser treatments my skin was the worst it had ever been in my life. Finally, there definitely needs to be better pre-consultation advice before treatment, tailored to each individual customer, instead of a one-size fits all approach. The brand / company were way too concerned with getting customers to fill out tonnes of disclaimer paperwork and contracts instead of tailoring laser to their skin type / problem etc. It quickly started to feel like a money making scam and the process felt unethical and lacking in transparency at times. Very conveyor belt (one customer in one customer out, make a profit, the end). For obvious reasons, I would never recommend this company to a friend / family member.

I’m editing a previous review where I had a bad experience, that was 7 years ago and I was pleasantly surprised this week. I had a contra indication and this was thoroughly investigated. Treatment itself I changed on the day, they accommodated, I went for the power duo and it wasn’t painful. Just got. After though my face was on fire so be warned and a few days after I still have the grid marks. I was never pressured into a membership so I might be lucky but I’m guessing that doesn’t happen anymore
