There is no artificial fragrance, and it smells a bit medicinal, but not terrible. Very watery, so take care when applying until you get used to it. It absorbs very quickly.

Love the product that I ordered - Skinbetter Science Tone Smart Foundation SPF68. I was turned on to this by my aesthetician and I won't use anything else. It provides a bit of tint and natural glow with good coverage and you can't beat the SPF68. But I do wear my SPF moisturizer underneath. Great product and highly, highly recommend!
