Terrible customer service. I have been dealing with this situation for 2 months. My order was lost, and I gave the company several opportunities to send a replacement, but nothing ever happened. No shipment, no tracking information, and no meaningful response from support. Giving this company another chance was completely pointless. I eventually had to demand an immediate refund. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I will never order from Skincare Market again and cannot recommend this store.
