I ordered more than one month ago sent several emails did not respond back and did not get my order this is pure theft this site should be put down!! Don’t waste your money on these thieves!

Placed an order via website on 29-Apr-2021 but received no e-mail confirmation whatsoever, luckily I took a screenshot so I know my order #. It's now been a full week and my credit card hasn't been charged, nor have I heard anything about my order. Tried to call their customer service line today (1-800-209-2513) and got an automated instruction to leave a message. Not convinced this is a legitimate seller.

If I could rate 0 I would. I ordered something here for my friend and yes it was 5 months later, here I am thinking it went through my card got charged. Turns out she never received it, and when I called they said they never charged the card because there was a billing hold. Bull crap! I pulled my statements definitely got charged and now I’m not getting any responses. Don’t buy here, they will put your order on hold, charge you, and then say it’s impossible there was something wrong with the billing. Fraud!!!

They are very nosy and will hold your Order from you on purpose claiming they tried to reach you to verify your address In order to steal from their customers

horrible service! They lost the package, and they have no sense of responsibility. Just told me to find the USPS theory. But later I found out that when they were transferring the package to USPS, they had the wrong address. It's total their fault, not USPS. Finally, their manager just skips my complaint and no refund, no sorry. Nothing at all. I don't know why they have higher reviews here, but it's a horrible experience.

BEWARE! Purchase a product, credit card was charged and delivery never came . Had to contact company after waiting a few weeks and then, just got an email stating they were refunding my money( crediting my charge card) without any explanation! This is very strange and sends red flags. Will see when my credit card statement comes if they did this.I do not recommend this company. Seems shady to me

I ordered 2x of the same product and paid that amount. I received half my order and the invoice slip that came with my product was changed to reflect I ordered 1 product (yet I paid for 2). Tried calling and emailing the customer service # on the website-- no one picks up or answers. BUYER BEWARE!

Ordered 3 items, they all came with messed up packaging in 3 separate shipments. Seems like it's just independent people stealing products and sending you those from all different locations. They sent me the wrong item, told me to send it back and they would refund me plus the postage I PAID to return the item they sent me by mistake (they were out of the item I ordered). It's now been 2 months, and they just refunded me the wrong amount. I will NEVER order from them again, not worth it.
