Skincare WarehouseReviews of skincare-warehouse.com

product was shipped GF said was fake.

Be wary. I ordered facial cleanser. Received a confirmation email and then heard nothing for two weeks. I checked on my order and skincare warehouse says it's "disco." Guessing maybe that means discontinued. I don't know because they didn't tell me. In any case, luckily my credit card wasn't charged...yet.

I ordered over two weeks ago and have not received the product.

Awesome website, very simple to use. Love the free shipping and abundance of different products to choose from. A+ company!

Great prices on quality products but don't expect delivery or any notification of cancellation. Fortunately they don't take your money either but what a waste of time... Called to ask the reason for the cancellation and the staff slammed the phone down on me. The reason for so many good reviews here is that the website directs you to this page after your purchase and promise you a free gift if you leave a review. Notice how all the reviews talk of good price and ease of ordering - nothing about the actual delivery... I've logged back in to correct my review after such horrendous service.
