I ordered and paid for a product on December 5, 2019. Today is Jan. 1, 2020 and not only have I not received my order, they have not answered any of my email messages. They are completely ignoring my questions. Do NOT buy from this company.

I received an expensive skincare product that I've been purchasing from other sources for years because Skin Warehouse was a few dollars cheaper. What a mistake! The product clear overwrap was cut open as well as the tamper seal. The address the product came from was a tiny home in LA!

've asked several times for a refund on a purchase that was returned by the USPS and for some reason the company refuses to give me that refund when they have received the product back to them. I've re-purchased the item from the same company and only want a refund for the item that was returned to them and they continue to stall I've received several emails from the company and responded to each one explaining I just want my money back. The item was returned to them on November 19 and as of December 05 I still have not received a refund. BEWARE they know how to take your money however they stall and make excuses to refund that same money. And I will continue to post on the internet until I get my refund.

Yes, products are discounted but don't be fooled. The website does not have inventory, it works more like ebay : vendors from different place ship products. Products were clearly not proper for sale : packaging were damaged on 2, one of the product was opened, not sealed and possibly used (sample ?). No date on products to guarantee the expiration date. Not ideal with skincare products. Only one product on the 3 would have been sellable anywhere else. 2 others would go to trash. This is not mentioned when you purchase, which i think not proper. I told customer service and they offered me to return. I would not advise unless you accept the above risk.

BUYER BEWARE! I received a fraudulent product from this company and they won't return my calls or emails. I ordered Nars creamy concealer and white the packaging looks similar, the product is nothing like all of the Nars creamy concealer products I have used for the past 3 years. What I received from Skincare Warehouse is watered down and has a weird smell which makes me believe that the product is fraudulent or possible expired?

they mark your item as shipped but never ship it, no tracking and do not answer the 7 emails requests for tracking, horrible company
