Terrible company. They sent a counterfeit product and then said I wasn’t sharing order number even though attached to my email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Took my money and said item shipped but with a bogus tracking number. When I called they said they would track down the tracking number and email it to me. A few minutes later I received an email saying that my item would be refunded and when I called the phone number back it was completely disconnected. It’s a good thing I called to ask about the bogus tracking number because I would’ve never known that I wasn’t going to actually get it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ve been order from 21 April, but they haven’t delivered still!!!! And I wrote on email info@skincare...., but nobody is answering! Where my order! They writers reviews about self. All great reviews same!!!

I wish I could put a ZERO for this company's rating. I received my order today, expensive facial cream without a box (always comes with a box by years of experience) and what's more important is that the product expired in February of 2020 and it is April 24, 2020 now. Now I have to go to post office, risky because of pandemic time, and pay for return shipment. Nobody answers the phone there, no surprise. Folks, be aware of the chances you take when fall for a discount. I have learned my lesson!

I ordered a lot of product from them. They did not send the product and then when I called the customer service guy was Very rude and just said "OUT OF STOCK". I told him I never got an email the order was cancelled and he just said - "oh well- it's in your junk email." I told him I was looking right then and it was not and then he just hung up!! Their loss -as I order thousands of dollars a year in skincare and I'm also part of large ordering groups- which I've told to not order from this SCAM website. DON'T ORDER from here - it's not worth it and they are sketchy and unprofessional. Use your money elsewhere. There are lot of options out there for skin care, etc.

Horrible experience with them! They sent me the expired item ONE YEAR ago, forced me to return the item and didn't want to refund me. They tried to block my phone number, so that I couldn't call them to ask for the refund. They promised to refund me the return shipping cost for the expired item but they didn't do it/ BAD SELLER/ STAY AWAY!

If I could, I would give 0 star to this website. They sent me different item when I especially wrote on the little note box that I wanted to make sure I get the same item as shown in the picture, since the item is out of stock on the market. I even called customer service and informed them about that. PLEASE MAKE SURE IT’S THE OLD VERSION, NOT NEW. The guy said not to worry and confirmed it would be the old version. I received my package today and what I got was a new version. When I called customer service to explain, they said they don’t have old version. The guy was rude. Never buying from them again!!
