Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. Pulls words that have nothing to do with the actual job, and ignores key skills and experiences. It can't even find the job title half of the time. Tells you to add skill and then tells you it's bringing no value to the resume. What a waste of time and money and they say that they offer no refunds. Stay away from this one. Update: So, they say they offer refunds within 7 days. I contacted them 2 days after purchasing and was told sorry, we don't offer any refunds. Sadly, I missed the deadline to respond to them.

Hi. We are sorry that you had a bad experience on our site. Our algorithm uses the user submitted text to scan for keywords and the job title would need to be present as well for it to be scanned. If you include the company benefits section that may cause unrelated keywords to be picked up and we have a feature to ignore keywords that are not relevant. Please email us at [email protected] and include the scan id so we can investigate. Thanks
