This organization is a complete rip off! An itinerary was set and I had questions and they went and ticketed the trip without my approval/confirmation and now I am struggling to get the $$ refunded to my credit card. I would avoid this company at all costs

Andrew was so helpful. He sorted a mess for me that another company had made with my air ticked and did so in 24 hours. Good value. Maybe try to get receipt out earlier so we may submit to third party payer. But over-all, very straightforward and painless process.
