I understand that it was a "mileage" ticket, but American Airlines at Narita Airport had a BIG problem because my daughter's name did not match the owner of the miles. American at Narita would not honor the ticket and we had to buy a new one from the airline in economy. They almost called the police on her.

The total I paid for my trip was $800 less than I found on my own, but it was more than I was originally quoted by Skies are Business. Also, the amount of back-and-forth phone calls with my agent was more than I was expecting.
