It is a really bad experience because I haven’t get my package! It has been whole month! It always shows in transit!

The product does not do all of the features it promises. The app you use for the phone appears to not work properly. Should have known the price was too good to be true. Don't get fooled by the price and look of the watch. The company is impossible to get a hold of. Have requested a shipping label multiple times so I can send back the product and receive a full refund, but have yet to hear anything back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased a watch and the charging cord was not included. I’ve contacted you twice but never received Response.

I PURCHASE THIS WATCH THRU Amazon. I wore it along with my Fitbit Sense. The step count was very inaccurate as there was no way to set the stride. THE HEART RATE WAS ALSO off. I wore this watch for 3 days. I EMAILED THE COMPANY TO ASK QUESTIONS NO ANSWER. I RETURNED THE WATCH. You get what you pay for. If you want inaccuracies then this watch is ok. Great battery charge lasting days. Only thing I found nice.

What I ordered was not what I was expecting. I reached out to get a return address. They took close to 2 weeks to respond. I was able to return 2 neck massagers but they have only refunded me for 1. I have been reaching out to them over and over(for well over a month) with no response. BEWARE!!!

Order was placed on 3 Jan. yet to receive it even though I’ve paid for expedited delivery.

Return was very difficult, had to keep messaging in the online chats and email the support a few times in order to get a response. And at first the customer service didn’t want to process the refund, instead they wanted to issue a $50 dollar gift card (the product I bought was $79). After quite a few negotiations back and forth they finally agreed for full refund. It should not have been this difficult, especially since the webpage says there is a monet back guarantee.

Does not help/work as advertised. Waste of money
