Order never arrived, no reply to my mails. Never buy again

I am dissatisfied with the SKG V9 Pro smartwatch I. It is not functioning as expected. Specifically, it is not charging properly even though this is only the second time I am attempting to charge it. I emailed the complaint to SKG a couple of days ago but no response has through

Never received the merchandise from SKG. Checked the progress of the order, the last time, a month ago. This was a month after placing the order. It was still in the Order Received mode, waiting to be shipped. No phone number for SKG. Sent an e-mail to get info on the order and whether it had shipped or not about 3 weeks after placing the order--no response from SKG. Haven't received a refund. Finally, ordered same product from Amazon and it came within a week.

It has been one month since I placed my order and I have not received my order nor any updates since the day of purchase. I was charged for the items but have been unable to find out where they are.

Ordered since 03.12.2024 still haven't received the item. Sent email to the customer service, still got no response.

I have never received a package. I tried to call and there was no customer service. I am not really even sure at this point if it is a real company.

I have never received the product, the tracking number link gives no information, and my email asking for information has never been answered. I ordered on 12/22, and it said it would be shipped in 5 to 7 days. Is was to be a gift. I feel this may have been a scam. I would give zero stars.
