Hi Alicia, We're so sorry that some of your works started getting deleted! Because Sketchpad is a free-to-use drawing application, we don't track any user data nor do we save files to our server. All the drawings you create are actually saved locally to your computer. Unfortunately when your computer runs low on space or if you clear the browser cache, it can cause your drawings to get deleted. To prevent this from happening we recommend turning on the Google Drive file system saving or using our downloadable app for Mac and PC.
