I ordered the incorrect USB connector for my car. Sent them an email the same day. They replied the same day and advised me they will send out the correct ones. Customer service second to none in my view. Fast and efficient what more could you ask for!

These are by far the best cords to use at home or in car! The magnetic aspect does in fact work and keeps them nicely coiled and tucked away. The speed of the charge itself is also very fast. I can get from 40% to 75% during a 15min car ride easily. I highly recommend and replaced almost all the cords in our home and cars with Skegic!

I ordered the wrong item and when I asked about their return policy they told me I could return it but that would be expensive and if I leave a 5-star, I could get a free item. So, instead of a valid return or exchange policy they are selling 5-star reviews for free product. This is not the type of company I prefer to deal with.
