Bought. Never arrived. Have gone back and forth with customer service and they showed me the delivery photo of a delivered package that is not my flat and I never received. They are refusing to refund or send another.

I was a bit skeptical about the coil action working, but it does. I unplug my phone and it all goes back into place. So much neater looking. Thank you for a great product.

I ordered the SKEGIC Nexus Ultra 180W Charging Station (order SKEGIC216151) on September 21 and paid HUF 74,100 the same day. Almost four weeks later the order status still shows only "Confirmed": it has not been shipped and I have received no tracking number. I emailed SKEGIC customer support about it on October 7 and received no reply in 9 days, so I had to send a reminder on October 16. Taking payment immediately and then going silent is not acceptable. Until SKEGIC either ships the order or refunds it, I cannot recommend ordering from them.

What an absolute scam - take your order, take your money & then ship the product to goodness knows where... Then customer service says it's been 'delivered' and they don't care where to. Tracking photos show a woefully inadequate amount of information on the shipping label - there was no chance it would get delivered properly! The photos also show the delivery was left in a completely random location that was definitely not the correct destination. The customer service bots barely understand the information you give them, so don't even try to figure out what happened or where your delivery went. They don't care,they've already got your money!
