The packaging was not professional
The packaging was not professional. And the item I ordered looked like a used one. And they sent me wrong item that did not match to the picture displayed on the website.

Hello Jiae, As we spoke over email, the item is the same as described under the same part number. However, we provided you with a free return label. By your words, "used" are oily blades, which are slightly oily since the manufacturing process. Acid-free oil has been used for long-term storage to avoid any rust development. That's why we didn't accept your unfair offer to pay you back 50% of product cost because this is a fraud from your side. The manufacturer provides product packaging. However, for customers who prefer FREE shipping, we are reusing shipping package to reduce paper waste and provide customers with an opportunity to save on shipping charges. We also check each shipping box for durability and product safety to make sure that the package will have its primary function.
