My experience was pretty basic. I didn't ask any questions to the site but I had concerns that the sizing chart might not be true to fit. So I bought the next size up which fits but I believe the proper size according to the chart would've fit well. I basically took a risk and I'm international which I believe refunds internationally are not done. Overall it's a good quality skate but I bought new (better) laces for it and I wish it was more snug at the middle of my feet.

Love my skates. Quick delivery. Only complaint is that this was the second time I had ordered skates only to be told they were out of stock or no longer available. Told to switch to a different skate, which I did. Don’t put an item on your website if you don’t have it.
