I love skate America. I'm in Australia and the support team is super helpful and the website is easy to use. There is heaps of great products at awesome prices even with our terrible exchange rate :). Been buying form these guys for years and will continue to. Cheers, and thanks Skate America

Wasn't sure if I should trust website bc a couple bad reviews but they had a skateboard I needed. i talked to the people from the website on a live chat and they checked that they had the skateboard I wanted in their warehouse. Very nice people and a fine website. Livechats legit

If you don't mind waiting over a month for your order while still paying a premium price for shipping, go right ahead and use skateamerica.com. I like to recieve my purchases in a timely manner, so I am going back to CCS.com for my online shop.

Terrible terrible company for buying overseas they failed to mention the import tax anywhere on their web page or at checkout and after paying 50 dollars for jeans and a further 22 dollars for delivery I was then told my package was being held until I paid a further 22 dollars to the courier. I will not be buying from them again as theyre staff were extremely rude and unhelpful I would advise anyone to avoid them completely and should you order from here expect to pay for delivery twice

So many products to choose from and reasonable pricing! The employees were so helpful when I needed to ship a return from Colorado and get an exchange. I plan to do more shopping with them in the future!!

I found the best deals for everything I needed on their website and made a pretty large order, which included the free shipping option. After paying for everything I decided to go on the internet and check their reviews. Most of them were negative and that made me stressed out almost every single day waiting for my package. It took them about a week to get everything ready and another five days to deliver it to my place. Everything I ordered arrived in perfect condition. I must say I saved a lot of money ordering from them instead of any other place and that made me give them 5 stars and post this review, because the company surely deserves it.

Horrible customer service! 4 days to tell me the item was out of stock. 3 more days to get the order situated. 11 days later and still no products. So much for same day processing huh? Dropped over 200 bucks and they can't even have the decency to make an order correctly. I haven't even received my package yet and I am furious with this company. Spending the extra ten bucks at your local skate shop will be a much better idea...plus the skate shop will order you something if they do not carry it and have access to it. Never ever order from SkateAmerica unless you are on your death bed, need to skate, and the internet only pulls SkateAmerica up. These guys are not only posers in the skate world...they are posers to the business world as well. A quick buck is no exchange for a reliable company. Put the time in and build a company worth calling your own.

I have to admit, I was a little Skepticle after reading so many bad reviews on this site. I was ready to order from Amazon.com until I realized that skateamerica was one of Amazons fulfillment partners. So I decided to buy direct from skateamerica.com. I'm in Ohio, so it took a few days to get here, but my shoes, deck and grip tape all arrived and I'm happy with my purchase. :)
