Mega dårlig kvalitet

I really should check the customer review before place the order. Sent email twice last week to customer service, no reply! Super annoying

One of the worst customer service. I placed an order once, they rejected because they wanted US IP address and US Credit card. So, when I was in US, I placed the order again. It accepted the order, but next day it cancelled because the address is hotel. It looks like they don't want to make any sell, stupidest system in the world! Called customer service 3 times, same result, dumbest of all!

I bought a Skagen watch years ago and had an extra long strap put on. I had it replaced once, again extra long strap and now the strap has broken again. Skagen no longer provide extra long straps and you cannot use any other strap than a Skagen one. So now I have a watch I can no longer use, and all Skagen is saying is "Sorry but we cannot help you" Ridiculously bad service.

Only wore my watch twice and the clasp on the mesh strap broke, luckily I bought it from Amazon who have refunded my money. Certainly wouldn't buy another Skagen watch.

Nice watches but leather straps are very poor had two on my watch in a year also glass is poor quality

Terrible terrible experience. I purchased my first Skagen watch last year. After having the watch for several months, it stopped working. I took this to a jeweler who replaced the battery. Two days later the watch stopped working again. Jeweler stated the battery was new and that there was a issue with the watch, and I should send watch to Skagen for repairs. I sent the watch to Skagen. The watch was supposedly repaired and sent back to me. Stopped working AGAIN two days later! I sent the watch back to Skagen, received a replacement watch in the mail THAT WAS NOT WORKING when I received it! This happened to me TWO different times! How does that even happen? I am finally forced to drive a store and use a store credit from Skagen, to purchase another watch. I will be purchasing a different brand! I will not be purchasing this brand again. Very disappointing.
