Ordered this watch in the sale. Didn't recieve or hear anything for 2 weeks. Finally I emailed Skagen who informed me the watch I had ordered had sold out and they were cancelling my order. Poor customer service... why couldn't they tell me when i first placed the order and why did i have to chase them to find out what was happening? Would not use the company again!!!

They failed to deliver the order which I had bought as a gift. Upon contacting them they said item was 'Out of Stock', however it was showing in stock on their website, to which they explained that the item was 'Temporarily out of stock when it was being picked for delivery' and hence cancelled the order. There was NO communication about it from their end. The paypal transaction is still pending. NEVER buying a SKAGEN again

Like most other reviews, I purchased a watch during a sale and the money left my account straight away. I received a confirmation order email with little detail (no order number, no tracking link). Two weeks passed with no update and I was then charged the same amount again which was then refunded the same day. I contacted their customer services and had to push for a reply at least 3 or 4 times and was eventually told my order was cancelled by my bank (not true) and had to push even more to prove that they'd charged me twice and only refunded one amount. Eventually they refunded me the full amount with no watch ever delivered. Wouldn't use again.

Terrible customer service!!! Ordered a watch in their sale, order confirmed. 5 days later called for an update on dispatch and was told it’s in the system and they would call back by the end of the day to provide an update, which they didn’t. Two more days later called again only to be told that my order was cancelled the day after I ordered due to no stock. However currently now available on their website at full price again. What a joke of a company and customer service!

Die Uhr kam schnell an, aber Lieder defekt! Meine Beschwerde per EMail wurde nach 3 Tagen immer noch nicht Beantwortet, deswegen habe ich die Hotline angerufen, keine Chance durchzukommen. In der früh, nach 30min kam ich endlich durch. Die Mitarbeiterin konnte kaum deutsch. Habe aber dann schnell ein Formular bekommen, dass ich die Uhr einschicken kann. Alles mit viel zu viel Aufwand verbunden! Für mich ein eindeutiges Zeichen dort nie wieder etwas zu bestellen!

Ich habe im November 2018 eine Skagen Hybrid Smartwatch käuflich erworben. Diese sieht optisch nicht schlecht aus, misst aber alle Werte sehr ungenau. Im Vergleich habe ich immer 1/3 weniger Schritte und Kilometer als tatsächlich geleistet. Weiterhin ist die Batterie nach 3-4 Monaten bereits leer. Beim 3. Batteriewechsel ließ sich der Uhrendeckel nicht mehr öffnen und ein Batterietausch ist ohne Gewaltanwendung nicht möglich. Trotz mehrfacher Anfragen an den Kundendienst wurde nicht eine Anfrage beantwortet. So einen miesen Service hatte ich bisher noch nie!!!

Ärgerliche Bestellung. Meine im Skagen Onlineshop bestellte und direkt bezahlte Ware kam nie an. Es wurde keine Mitteilung versandt. Erst auf Rückfrage von mir beim Kundenservice (Warteschleife: 40+ Minuten) konnte festgestellt werden, dass die Bestellung seitens Skagen storniert wurde, da der Artikel nicht mehr verfügbar sei. Eine sofortige Rückerstattung wird veranlasst. Leider kam mein Geld auch eine Woche später nicht bei mir an, fast hätte ich es schon wieder vergessen. So schreibe ich nun diese Rezession, während ich in der Warteschleife des Skagen Kundenservices bei Minute 32 bin und noch weiter warten muss. Aber der nächste freie Mitarbeiter ist für mich reserviert und mein Anliegen ist Skagen wichtig. Mal sehen, ob ich mein Geld wiederbekomme und welche Ausrede benutzt wird.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only has the crown fallen off my wife's watch, the glass fell out and broke as well. 82% of people on this site think they are bad. Skagen remember every person with a bad experience of your brand will tell 10 others. I certainly have. Terrible customer service, appalling products do not touch them...
