The watch I have is cheap tat, that shouldn't make it into a Christmas cracker. They have an 85% bad rating on this website and I am adding to that. 2 of the numerical markers on the dial have fallen off and are trapped under the glass (crystal). I notified their customer service desk - automated reply with a number. I asked their customer service desk, if they'd like me to send a photo. Another automated reply with a new reference number. I tried a different address they provided. Another automated response with yet another reference number I thought I'd phone them up - shut at the weekends No issues like this with my 25 year old Cartier !!

Do not buy a watch from this company! I sent in a watch I received as an anniversary gift for simple repairs. After many months they told me they broke the watch and would give me a gift card instead. I used the gift card to buy a similar though cheapear and lesser quality watch, since the one I had was no longer available. This replacement broke in a week. I was promised another gift card upon them receiving the broken watch, which I had to pay to package for shipping. Now they refuse to respond to emails and have not sent me a gift card/refund. They hang up on me during service calls and refuse to answer any questions by email! Crooks! I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and they don't seem to care at all. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Avoid!!!

I’ve given it one star as I can’t leave a zero score. This company’s customer service is appalling. I ordered goods back in October which never arrived, the company accepted goods were lost by the courier UPS and 3weeks ago agreed to refund my money. I’m still waiting for this to happen and they do not respond to emails or the telephone. I’m now having to start proceeding via my credit card company. Do not order from them as it seems impossible to get your money back.

This company is appalling! The watch I bought broke 3 times, the first within 3 months of buying it and getting your money back is almost impossible!

The watch is ok for the amount of money invested in it: not too expensive, simple, elegant, classy. However, the customer service is its exact opposite, as many people stated on here: rude, condescending, passive-aggressive, lacking common courtesy, useless. I'm sure one can find another brand that could offer a decent watch for the money AND have a decent customer service that actually is at your service if/when you need it. Anyone with a decent sense of self-esteem should look elsewhere in order to buy a decent watch.

Scheinbar hat Skagen gar keinen Kundenservice und es gibt niemand der befähigt ist Fragen zum Material der Produkte zu beantworten. Sehr traurig für Allergiker wie mich. Deshalb leider die einzige Option Produktrückgabe da auch aus der Betriebsanleitung nicht ersichtlich ist welches Material an der Uhrschnalle verarbeitet wurde

Oversold a watch model and only sent the "free gift". Skagen didnt notify me they were out of stock and just kept my money. Waited for about 2hrs on hold before I gave up and sent an email. Dont ever "press 1 to leave a call back number", doesnt work and you will have to call back and wait. Hopefully the watch ships or I get a refund but since I cant get a hold of anyone I may have just donated to Skagen. Absolute garbage customer service, I'll stick to other watch brands that show a shred of competence with their customer service.
