I love my Skagen watch and wear it 24/7 Have just had it in for minor repair and I couldn’t fault the service from start to finish of the company Dropped it into Fossil in Sydney CBD They have kept in touch throughout the quoting process It was mailed back and is now working perfectly and back on my wrist I’d buy another Skagen in a heart beat Great quality, sleek, elegant and people always comment on its appearance. It’s very different and a stand out Danish brand probably not so well known in Australia making it unique

Ich habe bei Skagen zwei Uhren bestellt, die kamen innerhalb 3 Tage gut verpackt via DHL an. Die Uhren selbst gefallen mir sehr gut und machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Rücksendung wäre problemlos möglich gewesen (Retouren-Etikett kann im Online Kundencenter ausgedruckt werden). Ich bin sehr zufrieden und würde dort wieder bestellen.

I have owned a Skagen watch for a few years now, and it’s still lovely. Many people I know own this brand and they do look great on the wrist. My in-laws swear by Skagen! They are not a «dated» product. There are few companies that make so many things I could see myself wearing. I would (and will) buy from them again.

Fik et Skagen ur signatur model i julegave i 2018. Pænt design og fungerer upåklageligt. Og ikke det dyreste ur kan jeg se, så kvalitet kontra pris er i orden

Ich möchte nun auch einmal von meiner positiven Erfahrung mit dem Skagen Kundensupport berichten. Im Dezember habe ich mir eine Skagen Smartwatch mit Milanaise-Armband mit Magnet gekauft. Dieses Armband ist grundsätzlich sehr praktisch, da stufenlos verstellbar. Leider hat sich der Magnet nach einem Monat gelöst. Das kann durch einen Produktionsfehler durchaus ja mal passieren. Jedoch war das kein Problem, da ich mich an den Kundensupport gewendet habe, mir aus Kulanzgründen ein neues Armband zuzusenden, obwohl die Garantie laut Herstellerwebseite nicht für das Armband gilt. Nach einem Tag sollte ich meine Adresse hinschicken und habe noch am selben Tag die Versandbestätigung meines Armbandes erhalten. Dieses kam nach circa einer Woche auch völlig kostenfrei bei mir daheim an. Von mir also volle fünf Sterne für eine unkomplizierte und schnelle Lösung des Kundensupports.

Have bought a couple of regular Skagen from Marshalls group retail with no complaints. Just recently bought 2smart hybrids from their online store, decided to keep both as they are classy yet modern. IMHO, they have one of the best designers.. given its a Fossil brand but still worth it.
