Love the design, quality is suspect. I have 4 Skagen watches. The last two (Chronographs) are unreliable. Work, then stop working. New batteries, same issue.

I've always been a fan a Skagen. However, recently I purchased an engraved Skagen for a Father's Day gift. Unfortunately, though it stated engraved on the receipt 8t wasn't engraved at all. When I called about it the guy was kind of rude and short. He said either send it back or take it to get engraved. Ugh. Seriously, this company has changed for the worst.

Initially loved this watch. Looks pretty, did all the things I wanted but I’d had it less than a year when it broke. Sent it back, took a few months to return to me (packaged terribly, wrapped in a bin bag). Put it on this morning and it’s broke within an hour. Exactly the same issue. Prior to it breaking I noticed that the BPM was incredibly inaccurate (by 100BPM) which defeats one of its main benefits for me. I read a review from someone saying that all the negatives are just people who expect ‘Rolex’ quality. That’s rubbish, we want a watch that works for a bit longer than an hour. Not much to ask for a watch that cost me just shy of £200. My daughter got a novelty watch from smiggle which lasted longer. Requested a refund or replacement but not expecting one of there past customer service is anything to go by.

I guess it's no surprise that after a few weeks of wearing my new Colden watch the hour hand started to slip meaning that at 5 past 12 for instance it was still before 12 on the dial. It's also beginning to lose up to 5 minutes a day. You get what you pay for. A pretty enough watch but also pretty (!) useless.

Got a Skagen Falster 3 smartwatch. The watch itself Is nice. Really nice, actually. So why not have a charging system with a cable of a similar quality? Why have a first grade watch with a third grade charging cable? The pogo-pins wouldn't connect properly, and most of the time the watch jumps in and out of the charging cycle with a 10 seconds period, getting quite hot as a result. And yes, I've cleaned the connection interface more or less to no avail. This is poor engineering.

Skagen watches look stylish but that’s where it ends they are the worse watches for battery replacement mine needed changing after 9months but could not get the back of it I took it to a jeweller they couldn’t either I got in touch with skagen who told me to send it to them they replaced the battery £29 +p&p sending it I have another skagen watch a present from someone it still needs a battery still can’t get the back of it it’s been in my drawer over 12 months I will not purchase another skagen watch again or recommend anyone else does they are a waste of money stick to the tried and tested brands

Lovely products if only I could place an order! Both Skagen and Fossil (since I now know Skagen is part of Fossil) have horrible websites. None of my orders ever "process". It is 2020 for crying out loud why is it so hard for you to take my money!! There are much smaller simpler companies who don't have these same issues! Get it together.

Very attractive watches but poor quality. The last one I owned, the minute hand literally fell off and was rattling around inside the case.
