Ordering on the website failed to go through. After several attempts, they failed to deliver the product. It was a birthday gift, which wasn't notified about delayed shipment until 1 month after. Terrible service and barely responsive in their emails.

Jeg indleverede et herre ur til reperation af “ kronen og betalte for reperation på forhånd, ca midt december. 16 jan. bliver jeg ringet op og de vil sende mit ur, da der er lockdown og lukket butik. Jeg har endnu ikke modtaget min mands ur? Alle forsøg på henvendelser til Skagen Ure er mislykkedes, hvornår kan jeg jeg få mit ur tilbage, helt uacceptabel service

SKAGEN WATCH IS SCRAP- DO NOT BUY!!!S I am a Turkish living in Turkey and purchased 2 of this SCRAP ( out of warranty at the moment) from authorized seller. My wife' s SKAGEN WATCH's glass is cracked and my SKAGEN WATCH's banking pin started to let water to come inside while my SKAGEN watch was WATER RESISTANT. I accepted that my wife' s watch' s problem was user's fault but I did not accept that my watch's problem was my fault since my watch is water resistant. I had brought my watch with my wife's watch to authorized seller's service and I PAID for my wife's cracked glass since I accepted this was our fault but they said for my watch' s clock face had to change and it would cost, and the banking pin had to change and it would also cost. What' s more I have been told that the Clock face had to change to a different clock face since they did not have my model on their hand. If a watch is Water Resistant and it lets water come inside I do not accept such a SCRAP. And after all the authorized seller's repairer presented me a cost which is almost the price of the new watch itself. This watch is produced in CHINA, and they want a money like they are handmade. Do not pay for this watch, Do not let your beloved ones to buy this watch. SKAGEN watch = SCRAP, If sb says me he skagened this means he SCRAPed. Be far way of SKAGEN and forward this information to everybody. This is a Community responsibility to wipe out such THIEF companies produce SCRAP but asks for a hand made price, or produce a product but have no responsibility of after sell. I have no idea if there is sth can change my mind but this is the situation. I am not SORRY about what I have written about SKAGEN but I am too SORRY for all buyers who are VICTOMS of SKAGEN. Det andet ur jeg har fra Skagen hvor glasset revner. Det første ur fik jeg også skiftet glasset uden for garantien, men det holdt ikke længe. Og nu er det galt igen. Rigtig dårlig kvalitet på glasset. Må nok finde et andet mærke. 🤨

I thought I had bought a good watch until the clasp holding my watch strap on went missing. It should be a simple thing to replace, but it was too small an item for them to be bothered about. Without it my watch is a write off. I have since been asked twice to give feedback, but no effort has been made by the company to apologise or put it right. Here is my heartfelt feedback. DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS.

What a scam! If you buy a Skagen watch be very very wary. I bought one as a gift for my wife and within the first year the crystal was cracked. I sent it back to Skagen‘s authorized repair depot to have a new crystal installed and after almost 2 months they told me they did not have a crystal available for the watch but offered to sell me a new watch at a discounted price!! I then took the watch to a local watchmaker who replaced the crystal for $20!

Please give an option for a zero star rating These people are quick to take money but absolutely no commitment to customer service. E mails not replied to Promises broken Out and out lies told Please don't make my mistake and order from these people. You will be sorry. Product was not fit for purpose still awaiting refund for products returned in April. One product was returned twice takes 6 weeks to get back and both times nothing had been done

Habe eine 3 Jahre alte Uhr eingesendet wegen defektem Glas . Antwort war das es keine Ersatzteile gibt und ich großzügige 20 % Rabatt für eine neue Uhr bekomm. Bei der Auftragsannahme hieß es das die Kosten ca. 35 Euro betragen. Jetzt Uhr defekt und Kosten fürs einsenden. Tolle Uhren aber der Service und Qualität werden immer schlechter.
