SkagenReviews of skagen.com

No contact from them, have to look on their website to find out where my delivery is, every day it says warehouse scan and every day it isn't delivered, don't use them, they won't get back to you at all. I've tried all different ways to contact them and other than the first day I've heard nothing from them.

Used to love Skagen watches. A recent watchband and battery needed replacing; it was cheaper to purchase a new Skagen watch. The second hand got stuck after 2.5 months, under warranty. It is now 3 weeks after sending it to them at my expense, having been assessed at $26 to repair and ship, which I refused to pay, and they sent it back without fixing it! Said it is my fault because I didn't include receipt, even though this purchase is in my records on their website. Bad product, bad service.

I have bought many watches from Skagen over the years and always been happy until the latest episode. They sent me a watch that does not work, it is an obvious return that has just been resent out. Tried their customer services people who are worse than useless and treated me like I was their employee. Apparently I ‘need’ to print off the label and return it - and they will refund me…yes I am sure that I will throw good money after bad. Failed on delivery, took my money - send obvious 2nd hand, broken watch. Will never buy from them again and if you value your money I suggest that you give them a wide berth too. Horrible company, lousy quality and useless standard of customer service

UNGLAUBLICH!

Skagen Damenarmbanduhr, Armband defekt, keine Neulieferung möglich, u n g l a u b l i c h!! Keiner fühlt sich verantwortlich!! Vergleichbar: Auto neukaufen, keine Ersatzteile mehr, Auto verschrotten. Armband SKW 2103

Purchased a watch in March. Lasted 3 months. I've only worn the watch twice. Absolute garbage

I ordered a small necklace from them weeks ago which hasn't arrived even though I was in on both occasions the delivery was allegedly attempted. Why not post this tiny necklace through the letterbox? Really upset because I placed a later order with them for a watch and realise now I shall never see it. They are saying now that the necklace was taken to a shop I have never heard of despite having lived round here all my life. Really upset!
