Dry, smelled tasteless not worth the money

The king salmon was underwhelming in taste and dried out similar to atlantic salmon - i have a lot of experience prepping king salmon. The mahi mahi was good.

Portions were smaller than expected the cod fish wouldn’t have feed one person shrimp was good but not very many crab leg’s maybe enough for two scallops only about 5 pieces not enough for two!

I ordered 64 oz of grouper for overnight shipping. The fish was great and arrived on time but was short about 8oz of fish. When I opened the box it just didnt seem like enough fish, so I weighed it on a food scale. 56 oz including the plastic, well short of 64 oz...

I paid $119 for 4/6 oz of salmon to ship from Seattle to Chicago, which was a huge mistake. I have bought four times as much salmon at Costco. My cousin was shocked when he received the order for the amount I paid.

My purchase has been at UPS facility since 08/26/26. Nobody reached out has taken days to get help from anyone.

Half of the salmon pieces are very thin, not like the website shows! I paid a lot of money and did not get my moneys worth.

I ordered shrimp, scallops, Faroe Island Salmon, lobster tails and "sushi quality" tuna. One shrimp bag was not sealed, the scallops were delicious as was the salmon. The lobster tails were sealed but not vacuum sealed. I was told by their chat bot that the tails were still good. After broiling, each tail had about 3-4 bites of meat. The flavor was just ok. The tuna? Horrible! It looked like it had color added. I'm a sushi eater and I have never seen sushi tuna that color. I seared it to a raw center and couldn't cut into it. It was as tough as a well done steak, chewy and very fishy. Even though the salmon and scallops were good, the other items were disappointing enough to make me not order from them again.
