Ordered SizeGenetics on Sep 26, 2026 (order #SG14424) and chose the promised free welcome gift (ErectR Power Cream, $39). The parcel arrived Oct 7 without it. I followed up Sep 29 and Oct 7 with agent Adam, then escalated to support on Oct 9 (ticket #5594, only an automatic acknowledgment). Two weeks, four contacts, still no gift and no substantive reply. The device itself is fine — but do not count on the promised extras.

It works, but it's much more difficult to get results than the company advertises. Getting the device to fit properly and provide the necessary tension is a MASSIVE PAIN. It's not easy as demonstrated in their videos - if you're a "grower" who has below average flaccid length, but average or above erect length you're going to have an especially hard time. Then adjusting tension doesn't work like their videos indicate and getting a grip with the strap or noose provided is an absolute NIGHTMARE. The technique works but the device is not very good and the customer service is poor.
