We're sorry you're disappointed with your TPZ Italia Ducati Panigale V4 seat cover purchase. Let us explain what happened and how Sixty61 works to support new riders. **What You Ordered:** This is a premium handmade TPZ Italia aftermarket seat cover (not a complete seat assembly) for Ducati Panigale V4. Sixty61 clearly labels this product as "SEAT COVER" in the title, description, product photos, and installation video. The listing explicitly states this is a cover, not a seat. **Our Proactive Communication:** On January 2nd, immediately after your order, Sixty61 sent a detailed email to your order address stating: "IMPORTANT-URGENT - These are NOT the ACTUAL seats themselves, but seat COVERS. If this is a problem, please let us know." We gave you multiple business days to respond before processing. We received no reply, so we proceeded with custom fabrication per your order on January 21st. **Industry-Standard Policy:** Handmade custom motorcycle parts cannot be returned once fabricated—this is standard across the powersports industry. Sixty61 clearly states this policy on product pages and in our return policy. We take extra steps (pre-shipment confirmation emails, detailed photos, installation videos) specifically to help new riders understand what they're ordering before we create custom products. **Premium Quality Justifies Pricing:** TPZ Italia seat covers are handcrafted in Italy with premium materials. Sixty61 carefully selects quality aftermarket Ducati Panigale parts that meet our standards. Your $168 investment reflects authentic Italian craftsmanship, custom fabrication, and free international shipping—not mass-produced alternatives. **We're Here to Help:** While we cannot accept returns on custom-fabricated items, Sixty61 is always available to help new riders. If you need assistance finding a complete Ducati Panigale V4 seat assembly, installation support for your seat cover, or have questions about other motorcycle accessories, reach out directly to our team. We support riders through their entire journey. See Sixty61 reviews from experienced and new riders who appreciate our transparency, proactive communication, and premium motorcycle parts selection. Ride informed, Sixty61 Team
