Terrible! Bought these for my 2021 Honda Pioneer 700 and they barely illuminate the road at night. Thank god I have a light-bar as these LED headlight bulbs are worthless. Can't return them as I was told “they are used”. Really? How are we to tell if they are any good until we use them? Poor customer service, they don't stand behind the products they sell. So now they'll be put in the trash and I'll find better LED bulbs that work as promised.

Hello, we take all product and service feedback very seriously. We have searched our system for recent orders or return inquiries involving these specific Honda Pioneer bulbs, but we cannot locate a matching customer record. For clarity regarding our returns, we do have a 30-day return policy. Because we want to make things right if you are a genuine customer, we have asked Trustpilot to help us verify this transaction. If you did purchase from us, please reach out directly to our team.

Releatedly misled shipping timeline, shipped different part than ordered, order was open box, lied to about fitment,
Ordered a specific Arrow exhaust part number (72506VAN) for my 2024 Triumph Tiger 900 on May 18. Original lead time quoted at 2-3 weeks.
What actually happened:
• Timeline stretched to 24 days with shifting explanations ("stuck in customs from Italy," then a "lucky customer cancellation" that suddenly made a part available)
• Package arrived with the wrong part (72504VAN — Arrow's own manufacturer label clearly categorizes it as fitting the 2020-2023 Tiger 900, not the 2024+ I ordered)
• Box arrived with the factory seal broken, original manufacturer staples removed on one side and re-taped, and a clear outline from a previously-attached shipping label — strongly suggesting a previously returned unit
• During the dispute, the 72506VAN listing was quietly removed from Sixty61's website entirely
• Support claimed the wrong part "should still work" despite Arrow's own labeling and every other authorized dealer listing them as different products for different model years
• Requested a manager or owner call multiple times; only received another call from the same front-line rep, whose story shifted three times mid-call
• Return label they sent was addressed to "Bill's Exhausts" in Miami with Sixty61's phone number listed — undisclosed relationship between what appear to be two separate retailers
• Refund only issued after I returned the incorrect part at their pace
Bottom line: Ordered part A, waited nearly a month, received part B (that appeared previously opened), got runaround explanations, and had to escalate repeatedly just to get a refund. Would not order from Sixty61 (or Bill's Exhausts, apparently the same operation) again. My returned item currently listed on Bills Exhausts, with accurate model year compatibility (just as when I originally ordered, opposite of what they tried to convince me after I received it). Buy your Arrow product from an actual authorized dealer with transparent inventory.
Edit// to the replied I received and other readers, I want to specifically note I ordered the correct part number, was sent the wrong one, told repeatedly that the incorrect part I was sent would still work despite me pointing out that they’re different part #s and listed for different model years, and that “arrow changes their catalog frequently” stating it can be easy for them to mix things up. The following is the text I received as a literal copy/paste, which is incorrect and easy to validate on Arrow’s own website.
“ Hello, I am speaking to the warehouse team ... the 72504VAN fits the 2020-2025”.
I would add screenshots of the conversation if I could, but again - sent a part different than what I ordered, and told it would still work (it wouldn’t). I was sent a free return label and refund quickly, but wasted 3 hrs of my day attempting to resolve this Jun 11, and May 19-Jun 11 overall waiting for my order to go through with 3 variations of explanations around customs, warehouse issues, and stocking confusions along the way. Requested to speak with a manager two times but would not be escalated, only speaking to Dalia each time.
Also note, I’m clearly not the only person to leave a message here noting they received an incorrect and/or already opened item.

Thank you for taking the time to share this. We're sorry this Arrow exhaust order for your 2024 Triumph Tiger 900 took longer than it should have and didn't go the way you expected.
Arrow lists separate part numbers for the Triumph Tiger 900 by model year. Arrow 72506VAN fits the 2024 Tiger 900, and Arrow 72504VAN fits the 2020-2023 Tiger 900. A rider who orders a part number should receive that exact part number. When the part in the box doesn't match the order, the right fix is a return and a refund. Sixty61 issued your refund once the part came back to us.
Sixty61 has over 20 years in powersports, and every rider deserves the right part the first time. For any rider reading this: you can ask Sixty61 to confirm fitment before you buy. Send us your make, model, year, and the part number, and our on-staff powersports technician will check it against the manufacturer's fitment data before your order ships. If a special-order part ships from Europe, ask us for the current lead time and we'll send you email updates as it moves.

Order Made since July 14th
I hope this communication finds you well and I understand that the person reading this has no fault in the outcome of the arrival of my package. That being said my tracking info has revealed that it has been transferred from Florida to Philadelphia and now to Guam, my package has gone further and further from my destination in Puerto Rico.
Order was placed on July 14th. My order was a 2XL Icon T-shirt and a Re-usable high flow air filter compatible with a 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 500.
Ironically, I've received 2 (I assume) automatic emails asking me how satisfied I am with my purchase on items that haven't arrived yet and a few other emails making me offers for future purchases.
Pardon me being blunt and direct, but how does this company pretend or assume I'd want to make future purchases when the original purchase is not even in the vicinity of my location 15 days later. My package started in Florida ( half a shipping day away from Puerto Rico!!!)
Nonetheless I am a reasonable person and I understand logistics and shipping world wide can be complex, especially to Puerto Rico. So te be fair I will wait a few more days.
If my package arrives in the next 5-10 days and they are exactly what I ordered and are not damaged, ask me again for my review and I will leave a 5 star review. If not, then your service will be judged accordingly. If your service is precise, and expedient we will do business again in the future.
Response from sixty61.comJul 31, 2026
Thank you for sharing such detailed tracking information with us. We actively monitor Trustpilot as part of how we take care of our customers, and the moment we saw your update, our team jumped in to investigate directly with USPS.
We want you to know: the delay was a carrier misroute on USPS Priority Mail's end, not anything on our part — your 2XL ICON T-shirt and high-flow reusable air filter for your 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 500 shipped out promptly and carefully from our warehouse. As soon as we spotted the issue, we were on the phone with USPS working to get things back on track for you.
Here's the good news: your package is currently making its way through Hawaii, where it's completing a routine customs check (standard for anything routed through Guam) before heading on to you in Puerto Rico. It should clear and be moving again within just a few days.
We've also reached out by phone, text, and email — a couple of times through each — just to let you know personally what was happening, though we haven't connected with you yet. Please don't hesitate to reach out anytime through our website, or simply reply to any of those messages. We'd truly love the chance to talk this through with you.
Moments like this are rare for us — with how many orders we ship, it's something we see maybe once a year — but when it happens, we treat it like it matters, because it does. And anytime something feels urgent, we're always just a call, text, or email away. We'd much rather work through it with you in real time than leave you waiting and wondering.
We're proud to ship to customers across Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and the mainland US every day, as well as to riders throughout Canada, Australia, the UK, and Europe. With over 20 years serving the powersports community, we know that trust is built by how we handle moments like this — not just when things go smoothly. Wherever you are, you can count on Sixty61 to treat your order with the same care and urgency. If you check Sixty61 reviews, you'll see this is exactly how we operate: we show up, we fix it, and we don't disappear. We'd love nothing more than to make this right for you and earn that 5-star review — please reach out anytime so we can close the loop together.
Ride hard, Sixty61 Crew 🤘

Absolutely terrible vendor
Absolutely terrible vendor, I made a purchase and paid the invoice including postage only a few hours later to receive a second invoice with no communication to pay a further $300 after the sale had already been completed
Response from sixty61.comJun 9, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience, Jason. We take every piece of customer feedback seriously, and we want to provide full transparency about what occurred with your order.
Your order (#330341) for MOOSE UTILITY Wheels was placed on June 9th. Within hours of receiving it, our team identified that the shipping calculator on our website had not correctly accounted for the size and weight of two large powersports rims shipping internationally to Australia. Importantly, your credit card was never charged — the original transaction was an authorization hold only, which was released in full when the order was cancelled.
Our standard practice at Sixty61 is to review every order before processing, precisely to catch situations like this before any charge ever hits a customer's card. When we identified the discrepancy, we reached out immediately with a full explanation, the corrected shipping figures, and the option to proceed or cancel with zero obligation. We also directed you to our published shipping policy, which explicitly states our right to contact customers when shipping costs are miscalculated due to product dimensions — a policy designed to protect customers from surprises, not create them.
Shipping two large powersports rims from the USA to Australia via Global Post Standard — the most affordable carrier option available for this size — runs approximately USD $260, against the USD $50 the website had originally estimated. This reflects the real cost of moving oversized freight internationally. We always encourage customers ordering large or bulky items to contact us before purchase so we can provide an accurate quote — our team is happy to do that.
Sixty61 has been serving riders across the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, and Europe for nearly 20 years, carrying parts and accessories for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles. Situations like this, while rare, are exactly why we built our pre-shipment review process — so customers are never charged for something that isn't right. You're welcome to browse Sixty61 reviews across our platform to see how thousands of riders experience our service.
Jason, we're sorry the shipping costs made this order impractical — that's genuinely frustrating, and we understand. If you ever find a freight solution that works for your location, or if you're ordering something smaller in the future, we'd welcome the chance to serve you. Our team is always reachable and happy to talk through options before any purchase. We wish you nothing but great rides ahead.

Terrible experience with Sixty61.
Terrible experience with Sixty61.
I ordered a new set of motorcycle levers $160 but what I received was clearly a used set, not new as advertised. When I contacted the company, I was told I had to return them at my own expense, which cost me $16 through UPS
To make matters worse, even though the mistake was on their end, they still charged me a 20% restocking fee. I paid for a brand-new product, received a used one, and then was expected to lose even more money just to get the issue resolved.
Customers should not have to pay return shipping or restocking fees when they receive an item that is not as described. Very disappointing customer service and return policy. I would not recommend buying from this company based on my experience.
Replay: I said it's ok after you said you will refund the 100% , pakage was opened, I paid for a NEW set levers not an open box from someone else CLEARLY opened. Levers were NOT
new as advertised SORRY. They were an open box, I received them at 3pm friday and I Returned them At 5pm same day I do have that on record I Paid $160 + $16 to ship them back and I got a $128.44 refund??? $32 restocking fee for 2 hours plus $16 to send them back $48 lost in 2 hours ... unacceptable, Clearly an open box !! I do have pictures as well
Replay: I wouldn't return them IF they were new as you advertised them NOT as an open box, Charging 20% restocking fee for YOUR mistake your faul I only agreed to pay to send them back because your policy BUT you said you will refund the 100% amount THAT'S why I only agreed tonsen them back at my own expense. Scam !!! Just be aware Charging 20% restocking fee for a USED parts in your faul I shouldn't be paying the that fee !!

We appreciate you sharing your experience. Because transparency is at the foundation of everything Sixty61 does, we want to provide a full, factual account of what actually took place — for you, and for every rider reading this.
When you contacted us, we spoke by phone. As we do for every return, our team conducted a thorough customer interview — a structured process we follow without exception to ensure our products are flawless and meet Sixty61 brand standards. We asked you repeatedly whether anything was wrong with the levers. Each time, your response was "I have a bad feeling." You confirmed the levers would fit your Ducati Panigale V4, reported no defect, no fitment issue, and nothing physically wrong. We disclosed the restocking fee during that call, which you did not contest.
After our call, you texted us. We explained that every Sixty61 order is individually inspected before packing and shipping — quality verification is built into every step of our fulfillment process, not a final check. Your reply was "It's okay ❤️." That message came after we fully explained our return process and restocking fee — not after any promise of a 100% full refund. At no point did Sixty61 promise a full refund with no deductions. We have that complete text record.
Regarding packaging — every set of Sixty61 levers is sealed inside a protective plastic bag within the outer box before leaving our warehouse, without exception. When your return arrived, that inner plastic bag had been opened. We do not ship levers with the inner bag opened — this is something that happens after delivery, not in our warehouse. Our full inspection confirmed the levers were in perfect condition — no scratches, no signs of use, identical to how they left our facility. We have photographs. That is consistent with a new product, not a used one.
The refund breakdown is fully transparent: $160.00 minus the 20% restocking fee of $32.00 equals a $128.00 refund — exactly as our policy outlines and as communicated before you agreed to the return. Return shipping responsibility for remorse returns is clearly stated in our policy, published on our website prior to any purchase.
You had previously placed a significant order with Sixty61 and had an exceptional experience — we know you would not have returned for a second order otherwise. Our on-staff powersports technician and entire team remain available to every customer, before, during, and after every order.
Sixty61 has over 20 years serving riders across the US, Australia, Canada, the UK, and Europe. Our reputation is reflected in thousands of independently verified Sixty61 reviews on Judge.me and Trustpilot — a 4.9 rating built over two decades. Read them at judge.me/reviews/stores/sixty61.com. That standard has never changed, and it never will.

REAR SEAT FOR DUCATI PANIGALE V4
The description of merchandise I was purchasing was not clear. This is my first motorcycle and just looking to purchase a rear seat for my beautiful Ducati V4. I paid almost $200.00 for a seat cover. Really...I addressed my concerns immediately before the order had even started and was informed once order has been place no refunds or exchanges. Im part of the Ducati motorcycle organization as of last year and will be voicing my deepest concerns on how this transaction was handled. All I wanted was a REAR SEAT...Total New Year let down on all aspects.

We're sorry you're disappointed with your TPZ Italia Ducati Panigale V4 seat cover purchase. Let us explain what happened and how Sixty61 works to support new riders.
**What You Ordered:**
This is a premium handmade TPZ Italia aftermarket seat cover (not a complete seat assembly) for Ducati Panigale V4. Sixty61 clearly labels this product as "SEAT COVER" in the title, description, product photos, and installation video. The listing explicitly states this is a cover, not a seat.
**Our Proactive Communication:**
On January 2nd, immediately after your order, Sixty61 sent a detailed email to your order address stating: "IMPORTANT-URGENT - These are NOT the ACTUAL seats themselves, but seat COVERS. If this is a problem, please let us know." We gave you multiple business days to respond before processing. We received no reply, so we proceeded with custom fabrication per your order on January 21st.
**Industry-Standard Policy:**
Handmade custom motorcycle parts cannot be returned once fabricated—this is standard across the powersports industry. Sixty61 clearly states this policy on product pages and in our return policy. We take extra steps (pre-shipment confirmation emails, detailed photos, installation videos) specifically to help new riders understand what they're ordering before we create custom products.
**Premium Quality Justifies Pricing:**
TPZ Italia seat covers are handcrafted in Italy with premium materials. Sixty61 carefully selects quality aftermarket Ducati Panigale parts that meet our standards. Your $168 investment reflects authentic Italian craftsmanship, custom fabrication, and free international shipping—not mass-produced alternatives.
**We're Here to Help:**
While we cannot accept returns on custom-fabricated items, Sixty61 is always available to help new riders. If you need assistance finding a complete Ducati Panigale V4 seat assembly, installation support for your seat cover, or have questions about other motorcycle accessories, reach out directly to our team. We support riders through their entire journey.
See Sixty61 reviews from experienced and new riders who appreciate our transparency, proactive communication, and premium motorcycle parts selection.
Ride informed, Sixty61 Team

Never received the item I ordered and…
Never received the item I ordered and was given the run around as to why my item hasn’t been delivered yet. It’s got on a month now and still given the run around. Second time they will speak to a manager about it. I would not recommend shopping on this website at all. I still have not received a refund or my item.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced with your May 6th order.
We want to clarify the timeline and process for other customers who may read this review. When you contacted our team on May 20th (14 days after shipment), we immediately initiated the required postal service investigation for your missing package. While we understand your urgency, postal investigations typically require 1-2 weeks as outlined in our shipping policy, and this process is mandated by the postal service before we can file insurance claims.
Throughout this period, our team maintained regular email communication with you, providing tracking updates and explaining each step of the investigation process. We recognize that waiting can be frustrating, especially when you're eager to receive your order.
Lost packages are extremely rare for our business - we experience only a few cases per year out of thousands of shipments. However, when they do occur, we must follow proper investigation procedures to ensure we can recover packages when possible and properly process insurance claims when necessary.
Despite the ongoing investigation, we issued a full refund as a gesture of goodwill. We believe in standing behind our products and supporting our customers, even when shipping issues are beyond our control.
We appreciate your patience during this process and apologize that this experience didn't meet your expectations. Our team remains committed to prompt shipping, clear communication, and resolving any issues that arise.

I RECENTLY PURCHASED AN AKRAPOVIC…
I RECENTLY PURCHASED AN AKRAPOVIC EXHAUST FOR $3588. THE COMPANY SENT ME AN EMAIL RECEIPT, VERIFYING THE ITEM AND THE PRICE.
Before they charge my credit card, they told me that I cannot cancel the order because they are ordering the item from italy I agreed
They charged my credit card for $3588
The sale was all set. Everything was done.
They then called me two days later after I had bought a tune for that particular pipe and told me that they couldn’t honor the price and they wanted to cancel the order because the price had went up and they forgot to change it on their website. that’s their problem. They need to honor this price, I’ve never had this happen with a major company. This is absolutely disgusting. What this company is doing. They then blocked my phone number so I can no longer talk to them. Apparently, this is a major company. It’s hard to believe that a major company could pull something like this, but I will make sure I post this on every possible website on every possible form so this doesn’t happen to any of you.
REPLY TO SIXTY61 RESPONSE
PURCHASE & PAYMENT
Not only did SIXTY61 Have an advertise price posted on their website. They sent me an invoice on May 20 at 6:30 PM. For 3588.12
Invoice #D183 as per SIXTY61.
I then paid the invoice and they processed the charge on my credit card for $3588.12 within 30 minutes.
I HAVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL OF THE SALE from SIXTY61.
Order #326094 confirmed
When she called me TWO DAYS LATER ON 5/22/25 at 4:23PM I went on my credit card account and the Pending charge was right there. I have documentation to prove it. I snapped a screenshot showing that the pending charge was posted to my account and sent it to her
I DID NOT REFUSE TO VERIFY IT.
REGARDING SO-CALLED SOLUTION & COMMUNICATION.
When she called me at 4:23PM on 5/22/25 the call lasted for less than five minutes. I called her back at 4:28
And I was blocked.
She states "after two abusive phone calls lasting two hours"
I have documentation from AT&T on the incoming and outgoing calls to prove it.
Her response that there were two calls for two hours is a complete and utter fabrication.
ALSO: If you continue to post UNTRUE damaging statements about me I WILL SUE YOU FOR DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER!!
I AM ORDERING YOU TO CEASE AND DESIST THE UNTRUE STATEMENTS ABOUT MY CHARACTER.
I HAVE AND WILL PROVIDE THE DOCUMENTATION OF THE CALL TO ANYONE THAT REQUESTS IT.
She called me at 4:23 and hung up on me by 428pm.
I NEVER USED ANY PROFANITY.
At the end of the call, she immediately processed the credit to my credit card account. I saw the credit posted for the exact amount of the sale. $3588.15
She told me that the price was incorrect. The new price was $500 more or she could cancel the sale.
I immediately told her I did not go to cancel the sale and I wasn’t going to pay $500 more.
I did use words like horrible and disgusting. Those are not profanities, but they do describe this companies actions.
It was horrible to not honor a price that was posted an invoice sent and an invoice paid and pending charge on my credit card.
It is disgusting to cancel a sale that was already completed a pending charge on my credit card two days later because you made a mistake and didn’t update your website and update the prices.
I believe words like horrible and disgusting Describe this company’s
Actions not honoring a completed sale two days later because of their mistake.
I did tell her I was going to post many reviews if she did not complete the sale and sell me the product for what was posted invoiced and paid
I feel it is necessary for people to know what this company is doing and what they’ve done to me and probably will do to you.
REAL SOLUTION OFFERING
I am willing to remove all of these reviews and post, no future reviews if they honor the price and complete the sale, obviously this will be the last thing I ever purchased from this company
Complete the sale for what was advertised invoiced and charged on my credit card $3588
Immediately processing a credit to my credit card does not negate a deal, an invoice and advertise price and a sale
SHOW EVERYONE THAT YOU ARE NOT A DECEITFUL COMPANY, COMPLETE THE SALE FOR WHAT WAS ADVERTISED, INVOICED AND PROCESSED TO MY CREDIT CARD $3588.00 OR I WILL CONTINUE TO POST MY EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR COMPANY.
PEOPLE HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW WHO YOU REALLY ARE.
P.S You say you treat your customers like family on your mission statement, I sure hope you don't treat family like you do your customers!!

Response from Sixty61:
We sincerely regret this customer's experience and want to clarify the facts for other potential customers.
REGARDING PAYMENT: No charge was ever processed to this customer's credit card. We discovered a pricing error on our website within 24 hours of the order and immediately contacted the customer by phone to transparently explain the situation. We asked the customer to verify with Wells Fargo that no charge had occurred, but he declined to do so.
REGARDING RESOLUTION: We attempted to find a reasonable solution, including offering to honor a partial discount by having the customer pay only the difference. Unfortunately, the customer became extremely agitated and began using profanity and making threats, making productive conversation impossible.
REGARDING COMMUNICATION: After two abusive phone calls over a 2-hour period where the customer screamed profanity and made threats about damaging our business, followed by threatening emails, we made the difficult decision to block further contact for the safety and well-being of our staff.
OUR COMMITMENT: Sixty61 has served the motorcycle community for over 20 years with transparency and integrity. Our Terms of Service clearly state our right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, which protects both our business and our customers from genuine mistakes. We stand behind our reputation and the many satisfied customers who can attest to our professionalism and quality service.
We always strive to resolve issues amicably, but we cannot tolerate abusive behavior toward our team members.
