I wanted to share a win for my littlr boy. Just within this last week he has started two word sentences. Like “ come please” “open please” and is pronouncing his words better like please, come (used to be bah), help, eat, airplane ect

We are in the kidney cleanse and my son whines a lot to communicate. I had asked him if he wanted to eat or sleep, he said eat pretty clear I know what he was trying to say!

My son Lucas has been on the Six Months to Speech gut health program for three months, and I’m so grateful for the progress I’ve seen! Lucas is autistic and nonverbal, and I’ve noticed encouraging changes in his awareness, communication, and willingness to try new foods. One of the most exciting milestones has been watching him expand his diet! He’s gone from eating a very limited variety of foods to trying new things, including ground beef, and even asking for more! And today, Lucas surprised me by saying an entire phrase: “I don’t know!”in response to a question. Hearing those three words was an incredibly special moment! The guidance, education, and support throughout this journey have been incredible. I know there’s still a long road ahead, but these milestones give me so much hope for Lucas’s future. I’m beyond grateful I took this step for my son!

This program has been a god send. Finding this community has been so reassuring that this is the right path in our healing journey. I have seen a lot of progress in my child’s development since starting this program. I am grateful for all the support and guidance. I would recommend anyone thinking about joining, to do it!

Before I started the program my son only said “mama” and “papa” no other words . Since our journey with Chelsea and the program he has said “thank you”, “hi”, “bye bye”, and the most recent has been “ stop” . We are so grateful we found this program

We started Chelsea’s program for our nonverbal daughter diagnosed with autism, and we’re almost 3 months into our gut-healing journey! ❤️ When we started in July, her diet was extremely limited: McDonald’s pancakes, quesadillas, she lived off cheese, rice, and crunchy or sweet snacks. Getting her to eat a full meal was always a struggle. Fast forward to today, and she’s eating VEGGIES! 🥦🥕 Carrots, broccoli, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, and high quality protein are now part of her meals! We’re also seeing her use more words and interact more with those around her. 🥹 We’re beyond thankful for Chelsea, Amanda, Brianna, and the entire team for their support throughout this journey. As an autism mom, I’m constantly learning and searching for ways to help my daughter thrive. Since her diagnosis in June, this has been one of the most meaningful decisions we’ve made as a family. We’re only 3 months in, and we can’t wait to see her continue to grow! Every little win means EVERYTHING!!

This program is SO good! Highly recommend! We are still in the early stages but my 4yr old son is already starting to speak in sentences for the first time 🥹😭🎉 His teachers are shocked at his progress and are even talking about taking their own nutrition more seriously. I’m enjoying the app which has tons of resources, including recipes, grocery store food swaps and educational documents. Having access to a community of families who are also going through the process is very helpful. There are weekly and monthly coaching calls and I’m learning so much from the coaches who are kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I’m able to look at my sons health and behaviors in a completely new way. We have tried many protocols before which were unsuccessful but this program feels like a soft landing. In my opinion, Six Months to Speech should be a first stop for families after receiving an autism diagnosis and before any therapy. Seeing that the changes we are making for his health are actually making a difference is so rewarding and gives me hope in the sometimes hopeless world of this diagnosis. My son was diagnosed with level 2 autism at 3 1/2 years old. That’s when I started following Chelsea Juels (the creator of 6mts) on instagram. Her advice and encouragement gave us so much hope. My son is 7 years old now and we have been in the 6mts program for 5 months. This program has changed our life. My son is so happy and calm now. His aggression and discomfort is at an all time low and we are so happy with his progress. He has a long way to go in his healing journey but I know we are in the right place. The whole 6mts system is wonderful and inspired and we have loved our experience.
