Sit 'n SleepReviews of sitnsleep.com

Very nice and friendly. It’s not easy to bring a CalKing bed upstairs but the delivery guys made me feel like they were happy to be delivering my new bed and taking away my old one

Alain, my sales person, was very kind and patient and allowed me to take my time and carefully answered all my questions. I believe he did the best he could and offering me promotions and discounts to help keep purchase close to my budget. I did have some issues after the purchase which did cause me to think about canceling my order. However, the sit and sleep customer service team did their very best to make things right and make me feel better about my decision to be a sit and sleep customer.

Your sales rep was very helpful and had patience with my questions. Prices were out my range but it’s something I really needed for my back. It was aching. I felt relief when I tried your mattress.

We had such a great experience buying a new mattress at the Pasadena Sit n Sleep! Jennifer was incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable at every step. Our new mattress was delivered within 48 hours, and we couldn’t be happier!

Outstanding customer service with a knowledgeable professional salesperson. No pressure to buy, genuinely sought the best solution for us.

The delivery drivers were efficient and helpful. The mattress is so comfortable and the bed frame is solid.

I highly recommend Sit ‘n Sleep on Wilshire Bl. in Santa Monica when you are shopping for a new mattress. Ryan and Daniel were very helpful without any hard sell as I had experienced in other mattress stores. The delivery people were careful as they carried the queen size mattress past all my potted plants on my front deck as well!

Sit and sleep are great I’ve used them for years and trust them. Loretta was excellent in explaining the pro and cons of the different mattresses. She treated us great 😊. Keep up the good work
